Michelle Chang

Michelle Chang is a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Pacific Life, where responsibilities include developing mortality assumptions for Pension Risk Transfer cases resulting in significant revenue generation and participant growth. Michelle leads stakeholder communications to convey data-driven insights and has experience in consolidating complex plan provisions. Additionally, Michelle is a Fellow in the Orange Fellowship, a leadership program aimed at developing future leaders in Orange County. Previous experience includes an actuarial internship at Pacific Life focusing on financial analysis and automation of pricing processes, as well as a commercial lending internship at Montecito Bank & Trust. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from UC Santa Barbara.
