Oyango A. Snell

Oyango A. Snell, Esq., CAE, IOM serves as the Executive Director of CLOC and holds positions as a Visiting Assistant Professor and Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law. With extensive experience in legal operations and organizational leadership, Oyango has previously held executive roles at the California Lawyers Association and California Lawyers Foundation, where achievements included securing significant grants and initiating key diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Oyango's background also includes corporate legal counsel positions at the Western States Petroleum Association and legislative advocacy in various capacities, including work with the Ohio Secretary of State. An alumnus of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Oyango also holds an MBA from Franklin University and is pursuing an Executive Education certificate from Harvard Law School.
