Ram Kelkar

Ram Kelkar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in derivatives, capital markets, and structured finance. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Capital Markets Group at Milliman Financial Risk Management LLC since 2008, Ram leads global teams in trading exchange-traded and OTC derivatives for investment advisory clients. Prior roles include Director of ALM and Derivatives Strategy at Allstate, with additional leadership positions at Allstate Investments, Marsh, Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup. Ram's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School, a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
