Steve Kaczmarek

Steve Kaczmarek is a Principal and Consulting Actuary at Milliman, where responsibilities include leading a Health Consulting Practice with a focus on Medicare Part D, Employee Benefits, OPEB valuations, and Medical/Pharmacy Insurers since May 2003. Prior to this role, Steve served as an AVP and Actuary at CIGNA from June 1994 to May 2003, functioning as a Business Financial Officer. Steve's earlier experience includes working as an Actuary at Travelers from January 1993 to June 1994 and serving as a Captain in the Field Artillery for the US Army from May 1986 to January 1993. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating in 1986.
