Dave Sonnicksen

Dave Sonnicksen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and land development. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Milliman IntelliScript since July 2022, Dave has previously held roles in land development management at Lennar, where over 700 homesites were delivered across 14 communities in the Chicagoland area. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineering Intern at Morgan / Harbour Construction LLC, leading a portfolio of projects totaling over $65 million and supporting various construction initiatives. Dave's early career involved internships at Continental in electrical engineering and purchasing, contributing to product development and supplier payment term improvements. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
