At Millin’s you’ll find flavoursome everyday meal ideas that are as fresh as you can get and taste anything but everyday.

Millin’s Fine Food Butcher opened our doors in 2011 with the mission to serve the highest quality gourmet meats and value-added products with great service, cutting edge ideas, a great team and being part of the local community. We worked hard at ensuring that all the producers we worked with were local and supported free range, sustainable and ethical farming – we found that happy animals really do produce the highest quality meats.

We’re proud to say we’ve stayed true to our vision right from the start, and while we continue be bring you the finest gourmet produce you’ve come to expect from Millin’s, from 2016 we’ve also committed to only selling free range meats, backing this up with a name change to Millin’s Free Range Butcher.

Butchers have always been fantastic at customer service and we are no different here at Millin’s Free Range Butcher – our service is second to none. These days consumers want to know more and more about where their food comes from and what cuts to use for particular dishes – our butchers love their job, love food and are only too happy to help in any way we can.
