Tracy Fong

Tracy Fong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Summer Intern at LVMH, where they organized a private trunk show event for the Christian Dior boutique. In 2004, Tracy joined Million Dollar Baby Co. as a Management Trainee before moving on to various roles within the company. Tracy served as a Corporate Accounts Sales Manager, where they developed sales strategies and established partnerships with top retailers. Tracy later became the Vice President of Sales and eventually the Senior Vice President of Sales, where they led a team, implemented strategic sales planning, and achieved impressive sales and profit growth. Additionally, from 2006 to 2008, Tracy founded TRACE boutique, a women's retail store in Hong Kong, where they brought curated US brands to the local market.
