Dominika Charczuk

Dominika Charczuk, MBA, M.A., currently serves as the Learning Management System Administrator at MDRT, providing expertise and support for LMS features, functionality, and user experience. Previously, at Chamberlain Group, Dominika developed and managed an early career program that increased intern conversion rates by 30% and contributed to leadership training initiatives. Experience also includes roles in human resources and learning development at Intermediate Capital Group, Bob Rohrman Lexus of Arlington, and Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond, Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed employee development, onboarding processes, and project management. Dominika holds an MBA and a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University with concentrations in Psychology and Foreign Languages.
