Previously, Ravi was the Founder and Managing Director at Penny Drop Strategies, where Ravi enhanced technological efficiency for small businesses. With a background in IT consulting and project management, Ravi has a proven track record of driving business continuity and increasing efficiencies. Ravi holds a Master of Business Administration from Gies College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
