Tiavina R. has been employed in the field of art and game development since 2015. Tiavina began their career as an Internship, Web Development/Integration at Red Sakay. In 2018, they began working as a 2D/3D Concept Artist and 2D/3D Game Artist Freelance at Pixelgate Studios. In 2019, they joined Million Victories as an Art Director and Graphiste.

Tiavina R. has a Bachelor's degree in Informatique, option Développement d'Applications, from IT University Andoharanofotsy, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Tiavina then went on to receive a Master's degree in Management de Projets Innovants parcours Jeux Vidéo from Université Côte d'Azur between 2016 and 2018.
