Julie Rastegar

Julie Rastegar is the Director of Preconstruction at Millis Development & Construction since June 2006. Julie manages the estimating team and is proficient in HCSS HeavyBid. Prior to this role, Julie worked as an Estimator, coordinating estimating and bidding, performing quantity takeoffs, preparing bid packages, and working closely with project managers and superintendents. Julie previously worked as an Assistant Estimator at Tellepsen from January 2005 to June 2006. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
