Chad Brinkman

Chad Brinkman possesses a diverse background in the transportation and culinary industries, with key roles in both sectors. Currently serving as a Spotter at Millis Transfer since November 2020, Chad also operates as a Truck Driver and partial owner of JBR Trucking since August 2015. Previous experience includes positions as a Locavore Cook at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino and a Line Cook at Hollywood Casino, alongside a significant tenure as Terminal Manager at Quickway Carriers, Inc. Chad's foundational education includes a Class A CDL from Sun Prairie Driving School and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-St Peters.
