Milla Niemioja

Milla Niemioja has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the automation and technology sectors. Milla most recently worked at Millog Oy as the Director of Development, Land Systems. Prior to that, they were the Head of Service Operations at Fastems. Milla also held various leadership positions at Valmet, including Director of Service Development and Director of Competence Services in Valmet Automation. Milla served as a Senior Manager at Metso, where they were responsible for global customer training and internal competence development. Earlier in their career, Milla worked at Glaston Corporation as an HRD Manager and Competence Development Manager. Milla began their career at Nokia Corporation, where they held roles as a Resourcing Consultant & Manager, Consultant for Student Relations, and HR Trainee & Consultant. Overall, Milla Niemioja has extensive experience in service development, customer training, competence development, and HR management.

Milla Niemioja completed their Master of Psychology degree from the University of Tampere from 1994 to 2000. During their time there, they studied various fields including psychology, social psychology, adult education, management and organization, and journalism. In 2010 to 2011, Milla pursued further education in work and organizational psychology at the University of Eastern Finland.
