Steve has held various sales and managerial positions at companies such as Mills CNC, C Dugard Machine Tools, Haas Automation, and Fenn Tool Ltd. Steve is skilled in precision engineering, account management, continuous improvement, and manufacturing engineering. Prior to their current roles, Steve worked at Rolls-Royce in various positions such as machinist, team leader, and lean manufacturing manager.
