Site and Project Management

The Site and Project Management team at Mills Electric is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion. This includes managing site operations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. Led by the VP, Construction Manager, the team also includes site managers and senior project managers who specialize in delivering efficient and effective solutions for various electrical contracting challenges.
