Jessica Lydy is a highly experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Director of Accounting at MILLS & NEBRASKA since June 2022. With a strong background in accounting, Jessica has held several key positions, including Southeast Regional Staff Accountant at Tecta America Commercial Roofing and Accounting Manager at Advanced Refrigeration & Air Inc. Jessica's expertise encompasses budgeting, variance analysis, payroll tax reporting, sales and use tax compliance, and team leadership. In addition to current responsibilities, Jessica contributes as a Director for NAWIC Greater Orlando Chapter 73. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public and Private Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University.
