Notable achievements include directing a $200M acquisition portfolio at First Capital Advisors and placing over $68M of commercial property under contract at The Sterling Group. With a strong educational background from DePaul University and Joliet Junior College, Louie has consistently demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, underwriting, and market research throughout a career that spans over two decades.
