Elena Mckeown

Elena McKeown began their work experience in 1999 as a Tax Program Representative at the Department of Labor and Regulation. Elena held this role until 2010 when they joined Mills Property Management as the Human Resources Director. Elena then progressed within the company, becoming the VP of Operations and eventually the Chief Operating Officer in 2019.

Elena McKeown holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders Sciences and Services from South Dakota State University. Elena has also completed a program called Leadership Brookings.
