Cynthia Woolverton

Cynthia Kern Woolverton serves as President and previously held the position of Vice President at Millsap & Singer, LLC since April 1998. In addition, Cynthia has been an Advisory Board Member at Missouri State University since November 2021. Cynthia holds a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Truman State University, earned from August 1991 to December 1994.
