Brian Heath

Brian Heath has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brian started their career as a Staff Accountant at Wolf & Company, Chartered Accountants in 1984. Brian then transitioned to Kennedy & Lehan as an Audit Manager in 1986. In 1991, they joined PwC as an International Tax Manager and stayed until 1997 when they became the Director of Finance/International Controller at ADE Corporation. At ADE Corporation, they managed financial reporting, audits, and inventory functions. In 2001, they joined Medical Specialties Distributors as the VP Finance/CFO and played a crucial role in restructuring the company and realigning growth objectives. From 2012 to 2014, Brian worked as the Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer at The Hinckley Company, overseeing finance, HR, and IT departments. Brian later served as the VP of Finance/CFO at Pancon Corporation, managing financial and accounting functions, strategic decision-making, and investor relationships. Currently, they hold the position of CFO at Millstone Medical Outsourcing, LLC.

Brian Heath attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1980 to 1982, studying Accounting. Brian then moved on to Bentley University where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from 1982 to 1984. After that, they attended Northeastern University School of Law from 1988 to 1991, earning a JD degree with a focus on Corporate and Tax Law.
