Ben Dixon is a highly experienced performance coach specializing in sport science and conditioning, currently serving as the Lead Physical Performance Coach for Millwall Football Club since August 2022. Previously, Ben held the position of Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach at the English National Ballet and was the Head of Physical Performance for the Taiwan Football Association, where leadership was provided for the men's team during the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifying matches. With a background that includes being the Head Performance Coach for the Chinese Olympic Committee's rowing team and consulting for various athletes and teams, Ben brings extensive knowledge in developing and delivering tailored physiological and rehabilitation programming. Educational credentials include an MSc in Sport & Exercise Science from London Metropolitan University and a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Sciences from the University of Birmingham.

Established in 1885, Millwall Football Club is one of the most famous football clubs in England. Currently competing in the EFL Championship, they play their home games at The Den, which is based in South Bermondsey, and has been the home of the Club since 1994. Founded as Millwall Rovers, the club moved from the Isle of Dogs to South London in 1910, moving to Cold Blow Lane, the former stadium close to their new purpose built home, which has a capacity of over 20,000, as well as a range of hospitality suites and boxes for both matchdays and conference and event space.
