Brittany Gray

Brittany Gray is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Manager of People at Milo's Tea Company, Inc. since September 2020, Brittany previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner within the same company from 2018 to 2020. Prior experience includes various human resources positions at Cadence Bank, N.A., Atherotech, and Belk, along with a role as a Criminal Researcher at Employment Screening Services. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Information Sciences with a focus on Public Relations and General Business Administration from The University of Alabama.
