David Padalino

David Padalino possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Planning at Milo's Tea Company, Inc. since January 2017. David has held multiple roles within the company, including Plant Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Lean Operations Coordinator, Production Supervisor, Operations Specialist, and Operations Support Coordinator. Prior to this, David gained experience as a Controlling Intern at Brose Group and worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Alabama. David holds a Bachelor's of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from The University of Alabama, earned in 2016.
