Shannon Soza

Shannon Soza, Ed.D., currently serves as Coordinator II for Milpitas Unified School District since July 2023. Previously, Shannon held the role of Middle School Principal at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School District from August 2021 to July 2023 and served as Vice Principal at August Boeger Middle School from August 2018 to August 2021. In addition, Shannon contributed to the Instructional Leadership Corps Project from July 2015 to July 2021, focusing on professional development for educators regarding best practices and California State Standards. Earlier experience includes roles as a Middle School Math Teacher and TOSA Math Instructional Coach, supporting both educators and families. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Adolescent Education from Saint John's University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the same institution.
