Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Milpower Source, Inc. since October 2022, previously holding the position of Business Development Manager. With over 21 years of experience in the U.S. Coast Guard, Ryan's roles included Operations Officer/Chief Pilot, overseeing MH-65 aircraft operations, and managing training and qualification standards for pilots and aircrew. As the MH-65D and Current Operations Program Manager, Ryan successfully managed a fleet of 98 MH-65 helicopters valued at over $1.9 billion, while also establishing C4ISR platform requirements for the Coast Guard's aircraft. Ryan's extensive background includes various operational leadership roles, flight operations, and specialized tactical missions, complemented by a Master's degree in Homeland Security and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from American Public University System and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, respectively.
