Bryan Schram is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and product development. Since January 2009, Bryan has held the position of Senior Design Engineer at Milsco LLC, previously serving as Motorsports Design Engineer II, where responsibilities included collaborating with customers and suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective products. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Engineer at Charter Automotive, where manufacturing process improvements enhanced relations with Toyota, and as an R&D Mechanical Engineer at ABB, focused on compact design solutions. Bryan has also contributed as a Quality Engineer at Schunk Graphite Technologies and Nordco, and gained foundational experience as an Engineering Intern. Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Technical Diploma in Automotive Maintenance Technician from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
