Jeff Williams is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and operations management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement/Engineering Manager at Milsco Manufacturing since January 2019, Jeff focuses on enhancing manufacturing operations through lean strategies and kaizen initiatives. Prior roles include Manufacturing Manager at American Packaging Corporation, where Jeff oversaw operations in a leading flexible packaging facility, and Operations Planning Manager at Bemis North America, responsible for logistics and delivery management. Jeff's tenure at Curwood, Inc. involved various leadership positions, culminating as Director of Operations Services, where responsibilities included managing operations planning, logistics, and product data teams. Jeff began a career at Curwood, managing plant operations and technical services, and has a strong foundation in process engineering and product development from earlier roles. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
