Mike Lutz has extensive experience in human resources and safety management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager, Training and Safety Coordinator, and Training Coordinator at Milsco Manufacturing since January 1986. Prior to this role, Mike served as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the United States Air Force from January 1978 to November 1984, where the primary focus was on KC-135 aircraft maintenance. Mike holds an Advanced Safety Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from the National Safety Council, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and a Certificate in Machine Tool Technology from Northern Michigan University, completed in 1985.
