Prior experience includes roles as a manufacturing engineer at Deublin Company, overseeing the production of rotating unions and managing tooling and equipment, as well as a test engineering intern at Milsco Manufacturing, where experimental testing and data collection were conducted. Shane's professional background is complemented by early experience as a printing press assistant at Quad/Graphics and a home theater sales consultant at Best Buy. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
