Mr. Carr has been instrumental in leading sales, marketing, training, and business development for over a decade at Milsoft. As CEO of Marketing and a member of Milsoft’s board of directors, Mr. Carr is committed to delivering software solutions that meet or exceed the on-going demands of utilities and municipalities looking to energize operational efficiency and customer support. Mr. Carr came to Milsoft after successfully transitioning from management positions in the banking and electronic retail space shortly after attending the University of Texas in Arlington.
