Kari Eichelberg has a diverse work experience. Kari began their career in 1992 as an Assistant Manager at Godfather's Pizza and held the role for 7 years until 1999. In 2000, they joined Milsoft Utility Solutions as a Senior IVR Support Specialist, where they installed and supported IVR products using Dialogic telephony on various server platforms. Kari also worked on integrating with PBX manufacturers such as AT&T, Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Mitel, NEC, Siemens, and ShoreTel. Currently, they hold the position of IVR Support Lead at Milsoft Utility Solutions as of November 2015.
Kari Eichelberg earned their Associate's Degree from Pensacola State College between the years 1994 and 1997. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of West Florida from 1997 to 2000.
