Support Specialist at Milsoft Utility Solutions

Scott Fritz has extensive work experience in the field of computer programming and network services. Scott started their career in 1985 as a Computer Programmer in the US Air Force, where they worked until 1995. In this role, they gained valuable programming skills. After leaving the Air Force, Scott joined McMurry University in 1995 as the Director of Network Services. During their time there, they were responsible for managing a Microsoft Hyper-V environment, overseeing the conversion to a Microsoft Lync Voice Over IP system, and managing a local network spanning 30 buildings. Scott worked at McMurry University for 20 years until 2015. Following their time at the university, Scott joined Milsoft Utility Solutions as a Support Specialist in December 2015.

Scott Fritz attended McMurry University from 1994 to 2014, majoring in Religion. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications. In 2006, they obtained a Certified Fiber Optic Technician certification from The Fiber Optic Association. In 1999, they completed the SX-2000 Installation and Training program offered by Mitel. In 2015, they obtained an edX Verified Certificate for MediaLIT from edX. Scott has also completed the edX Honor Code Certificate for Managing Addiction: A Framework for Successful Treatment and the edX Honor Code Certificate for Vocal Recording Technology, although the specific dates of completion for these certifications are not provided.
