Rita Caiti

Rita Caiti currently serves as the Business Development & Marketing Manager at Milsped since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rita had a successful tenure at Kuehne+Nagel that spanned nearly three decades, concluding in February 2023. During this time, Rita held several key positions, including National Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager, where leadership was provided to a team of over 50 individuals; Sales Manager Area North Italy, responsible for building and streamlining a national sales team for sea, air, and road logistics; and Route Development Manager for the Far East and Oceania, focusing on business development in sea and air logistics. Additionally, Rita's early career included roles in export and import seafreight operations as well as inside sales for sea and air.
