Fred Koller

Fred Koller has extensive experience in business development and leadership within the biotechnology sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Miltenyi Biotec since June 2014. Prior roles include President of the Cell Engineering Unit and Vice President of Business Development at Intrexon Corporation from 2011 to 2014, as well as President and CEO of Cyntellect from 1998 to 2010. Koller held several key positions at Cyntellect, including President and CTO, and also contributed to advanced research at organizations such as Advanced Tissue Sciences and Aastrom Biosciences. From 1989 to 1992, Koller was a Research Fellow at Baxter Healthcare. Koller earned a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
