Ellyses Kuan

Ellyses Kuan is an accomplished musician and educator with extensive experience in piano performance and instruction. As Immediate Past President of the Massachusetts Music Teachers Association, Ellyses has held multiple leadership roles, including Interim President and Webmaster. Ellyses founded EKS Music School and Alida House Concert Series, serving as both Music Director and founder, respectively. In addition to maintaining a private piano teaching studio for over 20 years, Ellyses has taught at Milton Academy, Eastern Nazarene College, and Noble and Greenough School. As a recording artist and co-founder of the cello and piano duo, Duo Amie, Ellyses has contributed significantly to the classical music scene. Academic qualifications include a Master of Music in Piano Performance from Eastman School of Music, a Master in Library and Information Science from Simmons University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
