Holt Sihvonen

Holt Sihvonen serves as a Senior Compensation Analyst at New Balance since September 2023, following a diverse career in compensation and human resources roles. As an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Milton Academy since March 2019, Holt focuses on training high school students in the javelin throw, contributing to the team's success.
