Troy Hare

Troy Hare is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and utilities sectors. Since August 2020, Troy has served as President & CEO of Milton Hydro Distribution Inc., following a tenure as President & CEO at Hamilton Utilities Corporation, HCE Telecom, and HCE Energy from May 2018 to August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as President of HCE Telecom and President of Sahara Strategy Consulting, which focused on B2B telecommunications and energy market strategies. Troy also held the position of Vice President, Enterprise Sales at Rogers Communications and served as President & COO at Blink Communications. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University, along with participation in executive programs at prestigious institutions.
