Rohit Jindal

Rohit Jindal serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hamilton Housewares (Milton) since August 2025. Previously, Rohit held the position of Head - Human Resources at Hygienic Research Institute (HRIPL) from August 2017 to August 2025, contributing to India's largest homegrown hair color company. Prior experience includes Head - Human Resources at Raymond Consumer Care from April 2015 to July 2017, where Rohit was an accomplished member of the Raymond Leadership Academy, and the role of Assistant General Manager - Human Resources at Lafarge from August 2007 to April 2015. Rohit began career as Deputy Manager - Human Resources at Reliance Retail from January 2006 to August 2007. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Labor Law & Labor Welfare and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources, both obtained in 2006, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Technical University and earlier education from Govt. Rajindra College and St. Xavier's High School.
