Özge Dağlı is currently working at Milvus Robotics as a Mechatronics Quality Engineer since January 2022. Before joining Milvus Robotics, they worked at THK Göken Havacılık from October 2020 to December 2021 as a Compliance Monitoring & SMS Engineer / Internal Auditor. Prior to that, they were employed at Birsel Savunma Sistemleri from October 2019 to October 2020 as a Kalite (Yönetim) Sorumlusu.

Özge Dağlı completed their undergraduate education from 2012 to 2017 at Çankaya Üniversitesi, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields.
