Erickajoy Daniels is an experienced professional with over 20 years in various leadership roles focusing on Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Diversity and Inclusion. Currently serving as Founder and Principal of You Do I Help, and Lead Strategist for Health Systems at BlueSKY Collaborative Partners, Erickajoy has also held positions including President and Vice President at Milwaukee Athletic Club, and Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Advocate Health. Previously, roles at Advocate Aurora Health and Brady Corporation involved senior leadership in diversity, equity, and organizational development initiatives. Erickajoy holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Marian University of Fond du Lac and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology and Admin Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, among other educational pursuits.
