Lauren Lehsten

Lauren Lehsten is a certified personal trainer at Milwaukee Athletic Club since July 2022, specializing in individualized strength programs and group training sessions. With experience as a rehab aide at Aurora Sinai Hospital since August 2018, Lauren provides patient care and manages therapy schedules. Previously, Lauren served as a social media coordinator for Pete Mueller Performance Group, creating engaging content for various platforms. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Marquette University, completed in 2020, and a high school diploma from Catholic Memorial High School, awarded in 2016.
