Rachel Howell

Rachel Howell is a Community Engagement Manager at Milwaukee Ballet and also works as a Childcare Specialist at Respite Center. With a Master's Degree in Sustainable Peacebuilding from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Rachel has a background in dance education and research, including roles as a Special Education Teacher and Dance Coordinator.
