Manager, Spring Training Business Operations at Milwaukee Brewers

Brianna Tavilla is currently the Manager of Spring Training Business Operations for the Milwaukee Brewers. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Box Office Representative for Live Nation from October 2013 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for selling tickets to walk-up customers, answering phones and providing customer service, and maintaining a cash drawer. Brianna was also previously employed as a Ticket Service Representative for the Arizona Diamondbacks from January 2012 to July 2018. In this role, they sold game tickets, distributed Will Call tickets, and provided customer service to fans. Brianna was also named Employee of the Month in July 2012 and May 2014, and was the 2012 Rookie of the Year. Prior to their employment with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Brianna worked as a Vacation Planner for Norwegian Cruise Line from June 2011 to December 2012.

Brianna Tavilla has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University. Brianna also has certifications from LinkedIn in The Six Morning Habits of High Performers and Writing a Marketing Plan. Brianna is a PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician and a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
