Isaac Salazar

Director, Strength & Conditioning at Milwaukee Brewers

Isaac Salazar is currently the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Milwaukee Brewers. Isaac has previously worked with the California State University, Fullerton as their Director of Strength and Conditioning from February 2012 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were an assistant strength and conditioning coach with Boras Corporation from June 2011 to February 2012. Isaac also worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at UC Irvine from January 2010 to June 2011. Isaac's first job in the field was with the Los Angeles Angels as an Associate Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach from February 2009 to September 2009.

Isaac has extensive experience working in strength and conditioning for various levels of baseball. Isaac has a passion for helping athletes reach their potential and enjoys seeing the results of their hard work pay off on the field.

Isaac Salazar has a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Fullerton. Isaac also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Vanguard University of Southern California. Additionally, they hold certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in RSCC*D and CSCS*D, Eleiko Sport Ltd in Eleiko Strength Coach Level 1, Poliquin Group in PICP level 1, Precision Nutrition in PN1, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and USA Weightlifting in USAW L1.
