Jonelle Johnson

Jonelle Johnson has extensive experience in guest experience management, currently serving as the Manager of Guest Experience and previously as the Manager of Guest Services with the Milwaukee Brewers since January 2013. Responsibilities include coordinating various tours, hiring and training staff, and implementing protocols for tour and game day experiences. Prior to this, Jonelle held positions as a Feature/Editorial Writer at Carmichael Communications and Associate Producer at WISN-TV. Jonelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned in 2005, and graduated from St. Joseph High School in 2000.
