Kari Dawson

Kari Dawson is a seasoned professional in guest experience management and event planning, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Guest Experience for Milwaukee Bucks Inc. since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 100 to enhance guest service for home games and large events at Fiserv Forum. Previously, Kari held managerial roles with the Milwaukee Brewers, overseeing a large staff to ensure exceptional hospitality, and as Sports & Events Director for Real Racine, successfully recruiting national sporting events to boost tourism. Additional experience includes directing events for organizations like Ironman and The Color Run, managing logistics and volunteer recruitment. Kari holds a BA in Communication Processes from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
