Carrie Struss is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and manufacturing, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Milwaukee Tool. Having held various leadership roles, including Group Continuous Improvement Manager at Milwaukee Tool and Associated Spring, as well as Business Unit Manager and Lean Expert, Carrie Struss has a strong background in optimizing processes. Previous experience includes positions such as Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Cooper Power Systems and Prototype/Low Volume Engineer at Miniature Precision Components. Carrie Struss holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a focus on Plastics, both from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
