Michael Lang

Michael Lang is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Milwaukee Tool since July 2024, following a role as Electric Drivetrain Lead for Wisconsin Racing from September 2021 to June 2024. In the latter position, Michael led the redesign of a compound planetary gearbox, utilizing KISSsoft, MASTA, Ansys, and MATLAB for various analyses. Previous experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Last Lock, a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op at Bobcat Company, and contributing to engineering projects through Engineers Without Borders USA and Gremmer & Associates, Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and certificates in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a qualification in Small Engine Repair from Penn Foster Group.
