Steve Risner

Steve Risner is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the outdoor power equipment sector and a robust background in engineering and management. As the VP of Operations for Milwaukee Tool, Steve is responsible for driving operational excellence. Prior to this role, Steve held several key positions at Pentair, including Segment PMO Director of Transformation and Sr. Director of Operations and Engineering. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Manager at MTS Systems Corporation, Lean Manager at GKN Automotive, and Production and Maintenance Manager at Cooper Tools. Steve holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Management from North Carolina State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
