JoAnn Strickon serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Milwaukee Jewish Federation since July 2022, bringing extensive experience from a nearly two-decade tenure at ManpowerGroup, where roles included Global Sustainability Manager and Program Manager for Global Knowledge Sharing. In these positions, JoAnn Strickon developed strategies supporting corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives while facilitating knowledge sharing among professionals to enhance innovative workforce solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Consultant at Benchmarking Partners from 1994 to 1999. JoAnn Strickon's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and International Studies from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, along with studies at the University of Chicago, University of Tübingen, and Brown University.
